Το Προπτυχιακό Πρόγραμμα Σπουδών «Νομική» του Ανοικτού Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου (ΑΠΚΥ) φιλοξενεί στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος Erasmus, τον Καθηγητή Davit Maisuradze, Director, Centre for Corporate and Commercial Law, School of Law, Ilia State University, ο οποίος κατά τη διάρκεια της επίσκεψης του στο ΑΠΚΥ θα δώσει τρείς (3) διαλέξεις:

- «Fiduciary Duties and the Business Judgement Rule (BJR) through a Comparative Lens», στις 19/05/2026, ώρα 11:00-13:00

Dr. Davit Maisuradze is an Associate Professor at Ilia State University and serves as the Director of the Centre for Corporate and Commercial Law. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Maisuradze has made significant contributions to legal scholarship and practice in Georgia and beyond. His research focuses on corporate governance, investment protection, and securities markets. He has been involved in numerous research projects, international grants, and policy development initiatives aimed at strengthening the legal framework in Georgia. Dr. Maisuradze is also an active participant in global legal conferences and international study visits, where he shares his expertise on legal reforms and regulatory frameworks.

The Undergraduate Programme “Law” of the Open University of Cyprus (OUC) is hosting, within the framework of the Erasmus programme, Professor Davit Maisuradze, Director of the Centre for Corporate and Commercial Law, School of Law, Ilia State University. During his visit to OUC, he will deliver three (3) lectures:
