Τι είναι η ευφυής αποτυχία; Πως ένας οργανισμός και το προσωπικό του μπορούν να μάθουν μέσα από αυτήν;  Η Λέκτορας Άντρη Μιχαηλίδου της Σχολής Οικονομικών Επιστημών και Διοίκησης του Ανοικτού Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου (ΑΠΚΥ) συμμετέχει στην εκδήλωση “Failure is Power”, που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στις 27 Μαρτίου 2026 στις 8:45 π.μ. -11:45 π.μ. στο INSET by MAP Hotel, Λευκωσία.

Η εκδήλωση θα επικεντρωθεί στο θέμα της αποτυχίας, η οποία σε πολλούς οργανισμούς είναι ένα ζήτημα που δεν συζητιέται ή συζητιέται διστακτικά αλλά μπορεί, όπως αναδεικνύει η καθηγήτρια Amy Edmondson, να γίνει βασικός μοχλός καινοτομίας και ανάπτυξης στον σύγχρονο κόσμο της εργασίας.

What is intelligent failure? How can an organization and its personnel learn from it? Lecturer Andri Michaelidou, School of Economics and Management of the Open University of Cyprus (OUC) will participate in the event “Failure is Power”, which will take place on March 27, 2026, from 8:45 a.m to 11:45 a.m. at INSET by MAP Hotel, Nicosia.

The event will focus on the topic of failure, which in many organizations is an issue that is avoided or discussed hesitantly. However, as highlighted by Professor Amy Edmondson, it can become a key driver of innovation and growth in the modern workplace.

This first session focuses on what HR and People leaders can do to create psychological safe cultures, where people can experiment, speak up and learn from mistakes, rather than fear them.
