4th Online “MoodleMoot 2020” Conference co-organized by the Open University of Cyprus

The Open Technologies Alliance and the Open University of Cyprus in collaboration with education associations, co-organize on the 27th & 28th of November 2020, the 4th online MoodleMoot Conference. The online conference will be address by Professor Petros Pashiardis, Rector of the Open University of Cyprus, Professor Dimitrios Sampson (University of Piraeus), and Martin Dougiamas, founder and CEO of Moodle. Professor Thanasis Hadzilacos, Director of the Educational Technology Research Lab of the OUC is keynote speaker. The title of his speech is “To own is to share: OER in distance education”.

Τhe objective of MoodleMoot 2020 is to promote a fruitful and creative dialogue in the educational community about the use of Moodle, an open source virtual learning environment, to highlight its good practices in Greece and Cyprus, as well as to present innovative uses of Moodle operations internationally.

The conference is mainly aimed at educators of primary & secondary education, academics, researchers in education, adult trainers, public and private companies and organizations that are using Moodle.
