UNIVERSITY Council
The Council is responsible for the management and control of the administrative and financial affairs of the University and its property. The Council prepares the University’s budget for each financial year and has the authority to ratify the appointments and promotions of the academic and administrative staff of the University. It is also responsible for the implementation of the OUC Laws. The aim of the Council is to promote the interests and goals of the University in cooperation with the Senate and other bodies of the University.
