The goal of Module ΔΤΠ513 «Operations, Supply Chains & Project Management», is to help graduates to gain modern and comprehensive knowledge of Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Project implemented that organizations are using to become more effective and efficient. These organizations may fall within the services sector, the industrial sector or even in the public sector.
In this Module, we will consider activities such as production processes, supply and purchasing processes, planning and scheduling of flow of materials, the "Just-in-Time" philosophy. Also, in this thematic section we will analyze and explain the importance of supply chain and we will introduce and explain the concept of project management and the necessary characteristics for successfully handling projects.
