The module “Business Economics” applies the tools and methods of microeconomic theory in the field of business decisions. Its purpose is to analyze and optimize business decisions in order to increase business efficiency. The aim of the module is to introduce students to the field of business economics and to form the appropriate infrastructure for decision-making under conditions of uncertainty. Particular emphasis is placed on the character of the company as an organization with duration and strategy, with extensive reference to timeless financial decisions and forms of strategic interaction that develop between companies in the market.
