Vacancies for up to three positions for Research Scientists, and Research Assistants project “ARE-PRED: Developing a Web Based Learning Environment for Supporting Students’ Argumentation Skills and Reducing Prejudice”

The Open University of Cyprus (OUC) accepts applications for up to three positions for Research Scientists, and Research Assistants, for employment as part of the 2-year project “ARE-PRED: Developing a Web Based Learning Environment for Supporting Students’ Argumentation Skills and Reducing Prejudice”, which is funded under Restart 2016 - 2020 Programme -  Excellence Hubs of the Research and Innovation Foundation. The project aims to develop and implement a novel, research-informed curriculum, in the form of a web-based learning environment for fostering middle-school students’ argumentation skills and reducing ethnic prejudice. The project will examine whether engagement in structured dialogue can support belief change and emotion change, reducing prejudice.
